Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. The 7-day trial has full access and asks for no card. You only enter payment details when you choose a plan.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your account pauses. You can still sign in, see the billing page and download all your data. Choose a plan and everything is back instantly, exactly as you left it. If you do nothing, the account and its data are deleted after 30 days, and we email you before that happens.
Can I import my own data?
Yes. Customers, items and stock can be imported from CSV files (Administration → Import), with a preview before anything is saved.
Is my data kept separate from other companies?
Yes. Every record belongs to one company, and the database itself refuses to show one company's rows to another, even if the application made a mistake. Uploaded files sit in private storage under your company's own folder and are only opened through short-lived links after a permission check. We take automated daily backups.
